The Young Leaders project is designed to equip young people with crucial leadership skills that will benefit them in various aspects of their lives. Boost Confidence
Confidence is a cornerstone of effective leadership. Our project focuses on building self-esteem and encouraging participants to step out of their comfort zones. Engaging in public speaking exercises, team challenges, and self-reflection sessions will help young leaders gain the confidence they need to take on leadership roles in their communities and beyond.
Foster Community Involvement
At Verwood Youth and Community Centre, we believe that strong leaders are also active community members.
